If you have been watching TV in October or November of 2018, you have likely seen the Bryan Cranston (Walter White/Heisenberg) Ford Truck commercial. Throughout much of the commercial there is a piano song playing in the background. This is a song almost all of us know but cannot place a finger on what it is. It is Paint It Black by the Rolling Stones. Note that this is the Westworld TV piano version which you can listen to here:

Many diehard Westworld fans immediately went to the Internet to talk about the fact that Ford chose the Westworld Paint it Black on piano rather than the Paint it Black version by The Rolling Stones. Either way, The Rolling Stones are making money on all of this.
It looks as if other car makers are going to have to step up their games if they want to challenge Ford for the best TV commercial this fall and winter. America loves Ford, Walter White and Westworld. When you add all three together, you have an amazing marketing campaign. Do you think foreign car makers like Honda, Toyota, Hyundai or Kia will be able to come up with something as brilliant?
